How to remove birthmarks on the belly

How to remove birthmarks on the belly

Who doesn't want flawless skin? However, the reality is always contrary to one's wishes. Many people are born with a mark called birthmark. It would be better if the birthmark grows in a more hidden place. If the birthmark grows on the face, it will have a greater psychological impact on people's growth. But in fact, no matter where the birthmark grows, people who pursue perfection always want to remove it. So, how to remove the birthmark on the belly?

1. Laser treatment of birthmarks. According to the selective photothermal theory of laser, its specific wavelength laser can selectively act on the pigment particles in the epidermis and dermis, causing the pigment particles to disintegrate and break up, making them easier to be absorbed by phagocytes in the body. Laser treatment of Nevus of Ota is the most commonly used and effective method for treating Nevus of Ota. It is also a relatively safe method and patients can use this method during treatment.

2. Since the energy release time is lower than the thermal relaxation time of melanin, the heat generated by it is not transmitted to the surrounding tissues and epidermis, and does not cause damage to normal skin. Therefore, the entire treatment is painless, without skin breakage or bleeding, and is 100% scar-free. A course of treatment lasts 20 minutes and you can leave after treatment, and there will be no recurrence.

3. Before skin laser became popular, red birthmarks were mostly removed by electrocautery or freezing. Severe birthmarks required surgical removal and skin grafting, but both methods were likely to leave scars. Now, laser treatment for pigmented spots can selectively remove pigments, and dye lasers can target vascular lesions without leaving scars after treatment. Therefore, laser treatment has become the best choice for treating red birthmarks.

4. During the treatment process, patients need to receive targeted treatment for their own symptoms. Since the lesion's pigment is distributed three-dimensionally in the skin, each laser treatment for Ota's nevus can only remove part of the pigment, so the treatment usually needs to be performed in several sessions. Since the body's phagocytosis and removal of fragmented pigment is a slow biological process, it usually takes 1-3 months, so the interval between each laser treatment for Ota's nevus needs to be more than 3 months. In other words, patients must have enough patience if they want to cure their diseases.

For friends who have birthmarks on their bellies and want to remove them, in order to help you completely remove the birthmarks, I hope you can understand that birthmarks cannot be completely removed in one go. They require a fading process. During this process, you and the doctor need to cooperate with the treatment. Don't have too much psychological burden, so as not to affect the treatment effect of the birthmark.
