What are the pros and cons of drinking tea

What are the pros and cons of drinking tea

I believe that many of my friends drink tea in their daily lives, especially friends from Chaoshan, you often drink tea at home. Drinking tea is a traditional culture of our China, but drinking tea also has advantages and disadvantages, so not everyone can drink tea. The benefit of drinking tea is that it can prevent the increase of cholesterol in the human body and prevent and treat myocardial infarction, etc., while the disadvantage is that friends with cold constitution cannot drink green tea, etc.

Generally speaking, drinking tea is beneficial to the human body and has no harm, but if it is not consumed properly, it will be harmful to the human body. The World Health Organization investigated the quality of beverages in many countries and ultimately concluded that tea is the best beverage for middle-aged and elderly people. According to scientific measurements, tea contains protein, fat, more than 10 kinds of vitamins, as well as nearly 300 ingredients such as tea polyphenols, caffeine and lipopolysaccharide. It has the functions of regulating physiological functions and exerts various health care and pharmacological effects.

Because tea can prevent the increase of cholesterol in the human body and prevent and treat myocardial infarction, tea polyphenols can also remove excess free radicals in the body, inhibit and kill pathogens. In addition, tea has the effects of refreshing, eliminating fatigue and antibacterial. This is necessary for middle-aged people. It can also purify water and reduce the harm of radioactive substances to the human body. Therefore, in the current situation of serious natural environmental pollution, people living in cities, especially, should drink tea more often.

Drinking tea depends on your physical condition. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that people's physical conditions can be divided into hot and dry, cold and weak. Tea leaves also have cool and warm properties after different production processes, so there are also different ways to drink tea for different physical conditions. People with a hot constitution should drink cool tea, while people with a cold constitution should drink warm tea.

It is best to drink black tea at night. Because green tea is an unfermented tea, it has a higher content of tea polyphenols and retains its original properties, so it is more irritating; black tea is a fully fermented tea, and although it contains less tea polyphenols, it has undergone a "ripening" process, so it is less irritating, relatively smooth and mild, and is suitable for drinking in the evening. Especially for people with weak spleen and stomach, adding some milk when drinking black tea can have a certain warming effect on the stomach. However, for people who are easily excited or sensitive, have poor sleep quality, or are in weak health, it is better to drink less or no tea at night.

In addition, when drinking tea at night, use less tea leaves and do not make the tea too strong. The best time to drink tea is after dinner, because drinking tea on an empty stomach can harm the body, especially for people who do not drink tea often. It can inhibit the secretion of gastric juice and hinder digestion. In severe cases, it can also cause "tea drunkenness" phenomena such as palpitations and headaches.

Drinking tea has advantages and disadvantages. I hope you can understand the reason. Not everyone of us can prevent heart disease by drinking tea. Some people will have trouble sleeping after drinking tea at night. It is good to drink some of our favorite teas in moderation at ordinary times, but we must be careful not to drink tea on an empty stomach.
