For example, you can use 15 grams each of cinnamon, cloves, lindera strychnifolia, angelica, and Chuanxiong, 6 grams each of dried ginger, fennel, and Evodia rutaecarpa, and a little salt, and boil water for foot soaking.

Qi deficiency and blood deficiency

The symptoms include dull pain in the lower abdomen during or after menstruation, slight pain when pressing the abdomen with hands, scanty and light-colored menstruation, and the condition needs to be regulated by replenishing qi and blood. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is called "the spleen controls blood". The medicines selected for foot soaking should mainly be those that enter the foot Taiyin spleen meridian, and add an appropriate amount of sweet water to guide the meridians. For example, you can use 15 grams each of white peony, angelica, Chuanxiong, Rehmannia, Atractylodes, Eucommia, and Astragalus, and an appropriate amount of maltose, and boil water for soaking your feet.
