Leg shaking has nothing to do with kidney deficiency

From the above we can see that leg shaking is a disease, but this kind of leg shaking is uncontrollable. For example, the unconscious leg shaking behavior in our daily life can be stopped immediately with the reminder of others. Therefore, for most people, leg shaking is just a bad habit and has nothing to do with any disease. It is mainly a way to vent anxiety and tension.

In addition, some people believe that from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the kidney belongs to water, the liver belongs to wood, and water produces wood. Therefore, if a person's kidney essence is insufficient, the liver essence will definitely be affected. When the liver wind moves inside, people are prone to shaking. This theory seems to make a lot of sense, but there is currently no medical research or data to explain the relationship between leg shaking and kidney deficiency. Therefore, the saying that leg shaking is caused by kidney deficiency has absolutely no scientific basis.

Therefore, many people in life like to shake their legs, which is more of a manifestation of people's uneasiness, tension and anxiety. Only some people suffer from restless legs syndrome, but all of this has nothing to do with the kidney deficiency that people talk about.

Daily leg shaking is mostly a habit

For most people in life, involuntary leg shaking is a lifestyle habit. From a psychological point of view, shaking your legs can relieve tension and anxiety. Psychologists have found that continuously applying small stimulation to a certain part of the body can stimulate the brain through the central nervous system and relax tense nerves. In addition, when people are bored or irritated, they often shake their feet unconsciously.

So is it good to shake your legs often?

When there is no one around, you can shake your legs appropriately, which is good for your health. However, when there are many people around, it is best not to have such a habit, especially when attending parties or some formal occasions. If you have such a habit, it will easily make people think that you have many bad habits and leave a bad impression on others, so you should get rid of bad habits.
