Best duration: about 30 minutes

Many people like to soak in very hot water until the water is completely cold, and some even keep adding hot water and soak for one or two hours. This is a wrong practice. The best time for soaking your feet is 30 to 45 minutes, and you can soak your feet once a day or every other day. However, the elderly are especially reminded that the foot soaking time should be shorter, because if they soak their feet for too long, it is easy to cause symptoms such as sweating and palpitations. Therefore, it is best for the elderly to soak their feet for 20 minutes before going to bed every day.

Who can't soak their feet?
