Most of the infections of trichomoniasis are caused by frequent visits to public places, and people do not pay attention to their personal hygiene and misuse of other people's personal items. These are the main factors leading to trichomoniasis. People think that trichomoniasis is afraid of irritating things, so they will use vinegar to wash their lower body, or the place where trichomoniasis is infected, but it is particularly uncomfortable. What should patients pay attention to after trichomoniasis infection?

1. It is strictly forbidden to bathe or swim in public places

There may be some unclean bacteria in public places (bathhouses or swimming pools), which can infect you with the disease or aggravate your symptoms. If you already have the disease, you should not bathe or swim in public places.

2. Pay attention to hygiene

Wash your vulva daily and change your underwear frequently. Underwear and towels should be boiled for disinfection after use, and the bathtub can be scrubbed with 1% lactic acid. It is best to use O every day. 5% acetic acid or 1%. Rinse the vagina once with lactic acid and then insert the medication.

3. Don’t scratch

4. Stop having sex

Sexual intercourse should be stopped during treatment, and the husband should go to the andrology department for examination. If Trichomonas is found in the urine, treatment should be given at the same time.

5. Avoid spicy food

Eat less spicy foods such as chili, pepper, curry, and hot foods such as mutton, dog meat, and longan. They can contribute to inflammation and aggravate symptoms.

6. Avoid eating seafood

Seafood such as shrimp, crab, and shellfish will aggravate the itching.

7. Avoid eating sweet or greasy foods
