How does hormone face excrete hormones

The so-called hormone face, also known as hormone-dependent dermatitis, is a relatively serious skin disease caused by long-term use or taking of cosmetics, ointments or foods containing hormones. This skin disease brings great pain to people. It can cause a series of skin problems on the face, such as itching, redness, swelling, acne, etc. The treatment is not only troublesome but also has a long course. The most important treatment is to excrete hormones from the face. Let’s learn how hormone face excretes hormones.

Hormone face is quite stubborn. There is no specific medicine at present and it cannot be cured quickly. You need to be mentally prepared to persist in long-term treatment.

1. During the period of improving hormone dermatitis, you must maintain a good attitude, not be anxious or irritable, have the perseverance to overcome hormone face, do not be discouraged or give up halfway, and do not fall into the magic cave of hormone skin care products again in order to see quick results.

2. In terms of diet, eat light food and eat more intestinal cleansing and detoxifying flower tea and food. You should avoid eating spicy, irritating and greasy foods, such as onions, ginger, garlic, strong tea, coffee, alcohol, beef, mutton, etc., and other foods that are prone to cause allergies, such as fish, shrimp and other seafood.

3. When the temperature rises or falls suddenly or when seasons change, you should take some protective measures, such as paying attention to sun protection in summer and wearing a mask in winter, so as to reduce the symptoms of hormone face.

4. For skin suffering from hormone face, redness and fever are the first major symptoms. Do not use cold spray, cold compress or even ice pack to relieve the discomfort at will. Although this can alleviate the discomfort caused by the disease, it can only have a temporary effect and is not a complete cure. The correct way is to use water that is about the same temperature as your body to clean your face, and choose a weak acid or neutral facial cleanser to avoid irritation.

5. Gradually stop using hormones and discontinue all hormone drugs, cosmetics, and health products to prevent dependence. Although hormone products are very effective, once they are discontinued, the symptoms will not only fail to improve, but will become more severe.

6. Clinical practice has confirmed that whether hormone-dependent dermatitis can be cured and the time required for cure are affected by many factors, including age, gender, skin thickness, properties of the drug (hormone), site of application, duration of medication, and type of skin lesions. Follicular papules, follicular pustules, acne-like lesions, swelling, etc. are easier to eliminate, usually taking about 3 months. Diffuse redness, vasodilation, skin atrophy, dryness, pigmentation changes, etc. are difficult to treat and require a long time, at least 6 months of treatment, and some even take several years. Severe skin atrophy stretch marks are permanent damage, especially for elderly patients, hormone-dependent dermatitis is incurable.
