Milk can be used to treat several skin diseases

Studies have found that the enzymes contained in milk have the effects of reducing inflammation, swelling and relieving skin tension. Therefore, external application of milk is also a kind of "good medicine" that can treat certain skin diseases.

1. Oral ulcers

Dip a cotton ball in iced milk, and then gently press the ulcer with the cotton ball for 15 minutes. The low temperature of the ice milk can have an anti-inflammatory effect, and the protein in the milk can accelerate wound healing.

2. Psoriasis

After the milk boils over low heat for 3 minutes, pour out the milk. Scrape off the white film on the wall of the pot and apply it to the affected area. Regular application has a certain effect.

3. Neurodermatitis

Pour 100 grams of rapeseed oil (olive oil is best) into 250 ml of milk, mix it well and pour it into a bathtub filled with warm water. Take bath therapy once a week, soak for 15 minutes each time.

4. Skin spots

Mix fresh milk and 75% medicinal alcohol in a ratio of 3:1, and use it to wipe skin spots before going to bed.

5. Solar dermatitis

Commonly known as sunburn, apply a wet compress with a little milk and water (milk and water 50:5) for 15 to 20 minutes each time, 2 to 3 times a day.

6. Hemorrhoids

Add mashed onions to milk and apply it to the affected area once a day for a course of two weeks.
