The stronger the immunity, the better. Hong Zhaoguang said that immunity is like blood pressure and blood sugar. Low levels are not a good thing as they can easily cause bacterial and viral infections, but too high levels are also a disease and harmful to the human body. If the immune response is too strong and destructive, it is easy to develop autoimmune diseases such as lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis. Immunity is resistance.
