After brewing, the color of the tea soup is clear and bright amber, and the tea aroma is rich in honey and ripe fruit aroma. The taste is mellow and sweet, leaving a lingering fragrance on the lips and teeth, and it is mellow and moist.

Phoenix fir

The tea-producing history of Fenghuang Mountain in Chaozhou, Guangdong, can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty. There are ancient records of Phoenix Tea in the Ming Dynasty. In the Qing Dynasty, the fame of Phoenix Tea gradually spread and it was listed as a famous Chinese tea. From the 1990s to the present, Phoenix tea has always been the representative of Chaozhou tea, and its production and sales history has been hundreds of years.

The origin of Phoenix Dancong is on the southeast slope of Phoenix Mountain in Chaozhou City. The area has sufficient rainfall, large temperature difference and fertile soil, which is suitable for the growth of tea trees.

The picking of Phoenix Dancong is divided into two stages. The first stage usually starts around the first month of each year and ends around Qingming Festival. The tea made after picking has a strong honey orchid fragrance, such as Lingtou Dancong, Udon Honey Orchid Fragrance Dancong, etc. The second stage is from around Qingming Festival to Grain Rain. The tea made after picking will have a variety of unique tea aromas, such as Cinnamon Fragrance Dancong, Golden Magnolia, etc.

There are many varieties of Phoenix single conifer, including: Songzhong No. 1, Songzhong Eight Immortals, Songzhong Dongfanghong, Songzhong Zhilanxiang, Songzhong Honey Fragrance Single Conifer, Ginger Flower Fragrance Single Conifer, Magnolia Fragrance Single Conifer, etc.
