1. Winter melon

Because winter melon is cool in nature, it can clear away heat and relieve summer heat, promote diuresis and relieve constipation, and helps the body to clear waste and detoxify. However, it is not advisable to eat winter melon while taking tonic medicine. People with long-term illness, yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire, spleen and stomach deficiency and cold, and loose stools and diarrhea should eat it with caution.

2. Bitter Melon

The protein, fat and carbohydrate content of bitter melon is higher among melon vegetables, especially the vitamin C content, which is as high as 84 mg per 100 grams, ranking first among melon vegetables.

Bitter melon also contains crude fiber, carotene, momordica charantia, phosphorus, iron and a variety of minerals, amino acids and other nutrients, which can clear away heat and relieve summer heat, clear the heart and improve eyesight, and relieve fatigue. Bitter melon contains substances similar to insulin, which have a significant effect in lowering blood sugar.

3. Loofah
