The first step in bathing: washing your face

Why should you put washing your face first? So if you don’t wash your face first, the dirt accumulated on your face for a day will sneak into your pores when your pores are open. In addition, don't think that you won't be attacked by dust when you sleep at night, so the number of times you wash your face in a day should be: once when you get up, once before lunch break, and once before taking a bath at night, a total of three times. Use warm water to wash your face when bathing, because long-term use of high-temperature water will cause skin aging. Bathing Step 2: Taking a Bath

The water temperature can be slightly hot when taking a bath, which can effectively promote metabolism, speed up blood circulation, expand pores, and thoroughly expel sweat and dirt from the body. Every kilogram of sweat the human body excretes takes away about 540 calories. Let yourself shower in 40 degrees Celsius hot water for about 10 minutes, and you can burn 200 calories! However, the time should be controlled within 20 minutes and good ventilation should be ensured. When you take a shower, close your eyes and try to relax. Let the shower head spray back and forth on your skin. After a bath, your skin and mind will be fully relieved.


The third step of bathing: washing hair

The hair is moisturized in the mist of steam, and now the best time to wash your hair has come.

First wet your hair thoroughly in water and then apply shampoo, place your hair on top of your head and rub it for a while, rinse it with clean water, remember to rinse it thoroughly, then evenly apply hair ointment or conditioner, gently massage for three to five minutes, comb it with a wide-tooth comb, and wash it.
