1. Acupoint hypnosis method: Before going to bed, clench your fists, straighten your middle fingers, and massage from the Zusanli point under the knees of both legs downward to the Shangjuxu point, about 3 inches away. Repeat the massage up and down about 100 times, and you will soon feel sleepy.

2. Suggestive hypnosis method: Lie down lazily like a sleeping cat, relax your muscles, suggest that you are very tired, open your mouth and yawn a few times, and sleepiness will come.

3. Foot rubbing hypnosis method: Wash your feet with hot water before going to bed, and rub the soles of your feet from inside to outside about 100 times with your hands, which can help people fall asleep as soon as possible.

4. Fast walking hypnosis method: brisk walking for about 15 minutes before going to bed has a very significant effect in helping you sleep.

5. Massage hypnosis method: half an hour before going to bed every night, first rub your palms to warm them up, and then place your palms on your cheeks, and use the middle fingers of both hands to push from the "Yingxiang point" upwards to the hairline; through the "Qingming", "Zanzhu", "Tongzilu" and other acupoints; then move your hands down to the back of your temples on both sides, and use the index fingers to return to the starting point through the "Ermen" point. Repeat this massage about 50 times. It can treat neurasthenia and help sleep.

6. Cross-legged hypnosis method: Cross your legs before going to bed, sit on the bed, sit quietly for a while, lean back for 1 minute, then stretch your limbs, relax your muscles, keep breathing even, and have no distractions. You will fall asleep soon.
