9 points to determine whether you have allergies

For many parents, it is not easy to judge whether their children have allergies, but it can be judged from the following aspects:

●If a child has eczema when he is young and often has itchy bumps on his body, he may have an allergic constitution;

● Frequently rubbing eyes, picking nose, runny nose, and sneezing. Continuous sneezing is a more obvious symptom;

●The child has dark circles under the eyes;

●Red eyebrows when crying;

●Excessive sweating, hyperactivity, night terrors, and susceptibility to colds;

●Children cough after running or laughing;

●Children often sweat easily in the first half to two hours of sleep at night;

●The child is unwilling to walk or climb stairs because he is prone to asthma and always needs to be carried.

●There is a family history of disease. If parents or siblings have a history of allergies, the child is much more likely to have allergies.
