The first one: polyethylene glycol

In animal experiments, polyethylene glycol (PEG12) showed teratogenicity (associated with or causing developmental malformations). It may carry the contaminant 1,4 dioxane, which easily penetrates human skin and has caused cancer in studies in rodents. 1,4-Dioxane is a suspected human carcinogen that has caused skin cancer when applied to the skin and liver and nasal cancers in rodent studies when ingested.

Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) can accumulate in our body tissues. It can pass through our skin and penetrate into organs such as the eyes, brain, liver, and kidneys. SLS can produce carcinogenic nitrates when it interacts with agents commonly found in personal care products. Since it is found in most personal care products, you need to check the toothpaste you use to see if SLS is present. It's also found in car washes, garage floor cleaners, and engine degreasers.

The third type: saccharin sodium

FD&C Blue
