Seasonal skin allergies

Seasonal skin allergies

Once seasonal skin allergies occur, they become a seasonal chronic disease that will recur. In many cases, it is a contact dermatitis caused by external pollen. The disease usually occurs in spring or autumn and is more common in women. What is the best way to diagnose and treat seasonal skin allergies?

Insect bite dermatitis is also one of the causes of seasonal skin allergies. After this type of dermatitis occurs, it is mostly caused by mosquito bites. The prevention method for seasonal skin allergies is to pay attention to indoor cleanliness, close the indoor screens, change your family's clothes and bedding frequently, avoid playing among flowers, plants and trees, and have less contact with pets.

Summer dermatitis: Due to strong exposure to sunlight, erythema, edema and even blisters will appear on exposed parts of the human body. This is an acute skin inflammatory reaction called solar dermatitis, which is a common disease in rural areas. People with fair skin are more susceptible to this disease because they have poor tolerance to ultraviolet rays. Try to sweat less, stay in the sun less, and stay in air-conditioned rooms and cool places more often. In terms of diet, you can eat more heat-clearing foods, such as mung beans, bitter melon, etc. You can also drink more heat-relief drinks such as kuding tea and mung bean soup.

Solar dermatitis: The affected areas are often the face, neck, ears, arms, etc. In addition to redness and swelling of the skin, patients often feel burning, dryness, slight itching or tingling. The perception is particularly sensitive, and the burning pain is unbearable when rubbed by clothes. Mild cases will improve after 1 to 2 days, accompanied by desquamation and pigmentation; severe cases often develop blisters or bullae, accompanied by fever, nausea and general discomfort, and it takes about a week to recover. The best way to prevent it is to stay out of the sun.

After seasonal skin allergies occur, it is recommended that we eat more foods containing vitamin C. In normal times, eating more vitamin-rich foods can greatly increase the body's immune ability. In addition, patients with seasonal skin allergies can eat more foods with anti-allergic properties in their daily lives to enhance the skin's defense capabilities. Let the disease be cured as soon as possible.
