1. When using air conditioning, you must pay attention to ventilation. You should open the windows regularly every day, turn off the air conditioner, increase air exchange, and keep a certain amount of fresh air in the room. It is best to clean the air conditioner once every two weeks.

2. When going out from an air-conditioned environment, you should first move around in a cool place for a while, and then move around in the sun after your body has adapted. If you stay in an air-conditioned room for a long time, you should go outdoors, drink more water, and speed up your metabolism.

3. The air-conditioned room temperature and the natural outdoor temperature should not be too high, preferably not exceeding 5 degrees. It is best not to use air conditioning when sleeping at night. It is safer to turn off the air conditioner when going to bed. Outdoor activities before going to bed are beneficial to promote blood circulation and prevent air-conditioning disease.

4. When working or studying in an air-conditioned environment, do not let the cold air from the vents blow directly on your body. It is best not to let the cold air blow directly on you when you are sweating profusely, as this will cause your temperature to drop too quickly and you may easily get sick.

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

6. You should always keep your skin clean and hygienic. This is because when you frequently go in and out of air-conditioned environments and experience sudden changes in temperature, the bacteria attached to the skin can easily get clogged in the sweat glands or sebaceous glands, causing infection and suppuration. Therefore, you should take a bath frequently to keep your skin clean.

7. Use disinfectants to kill and prevent the growth of microorganisms.

At the same time, we must also pay attention to the fact that water evaporates very quickly in summer, so we should add some vegetation or water supply indoors, and also strengthen our own exercise to expel some bacteria and waste liquid from the body.
