At first glance, it seems like just an ordinary recipe, so why can it fight against summer fatigue? In fact, the trick is to choose ingredients that are rich in antioxidants. After the human body exercises or the brain thinks, part of the oxygen that enters the human body through breathing will become active oxygen. Reactive oxygen is a harmful product of the body's metabolism, also called body waste (such as free radicals, propanediol, putrescine, etc.). Professor Kazuyoshi Yazawa of Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology pointed out: "Active oxygen can damage muscles and nerve cells, causing fatigue."

For a long time, people believed that lactic acid was the culprit of fatigue, but in fact, "reactive oxygen has a greater impact." What is confusing is that reactive oxygen is not only produced during metabolism, but if a person is under great mental stress, he or she will unconsciously take in more oxygen. The oxygen that is not consumed by the body during life activities will turn into reactive oxygen, increasing the body's sense of fatigue. Astaxanthin, which is rich in salmon, and imidazole dipeptide, which is rich in chicken breast, have good effects on fighting reactive oxygen. If you want to relieve fatigue, it is essential to consume enough of the three major nutrients: carbohydrates, protein and fat, but at the same time, you should also pay attention to the role of vitamins.

Tricks to deal with fatigue in the office


Brush your teeth or chew gum

After lunch, you are most likely to feel full and sleepy.
