Could stomach upset be a heart attack? What are the signs of heart disease

Any disease has certain signs when it occurs, so in normal times, we should also maintain our own health to avoid some diseases. There are many people suffering from heart disease now, and there are many causes of such diseases, so there are also many treatment methods in treatment. What are the signs of heart disease?

Many people do not understand the signs of heart disease, so patients and their families need to know more about this disease so that they can take preventive measures in normal times and reduce the incidence of this disease.

Precursors of heart disease:

Stomach discomfort is different from stomach disease. Stomach pain caused by heart disease rarely causes colic and tenderness. It is just a feeling of stuffiness and fullness, sometimes accompanied by dull pain, burning sensation and nausea. There will be some relief after defecation, but the feeling of discomfort will not completely disappear.

Mandibular pain, pain radiating to both sides of the mandible, and sometimes to only one or both sides of the neck. The pain sometimes also occurs in the neck.

Forearm and Shoulder Pain Although the left arm and shoulder are most commonly affected, severe pain can also radiate to the right arm. Of course, it is extremely rare for pain to occur only in the right arm. Although the pain is not severe, it is difficult to raise your hands and arms. The pain is usually dull rather than sharp and does not radiate to the wrist and fingers; it is usually confined to the inner forearm. When a heart attack occurs, it is difficult for the patient to pinpoint the exact location of the pain.

Shortness of breath In addition to the common symptoms, some heart disease patients may also experience shortness of breath, prolonged inhalation and exhalation, or breathlessness. This breathing difficulty is often referred to as "not having enough breath." After a few minutes of sitting still, breathing appears to return to normal, but when the patient begins to move again, wheezing begins again. This wheezing is often ignored, especially by the elderly.

Fatigue Severe fatigue after brisk walking. I was so tired that I didn't even have the strength to straighten my body. Fatigue is not limited to a certain part of the body, but is systemic. If you feel unprecedented severe fatigue, you should go to the hospital for examination immediately.

Through the above explanation, we have some understanding of the precursors of heart disease. However, it should be noted that people with heart disease must make reasonable combinations in diet and daily routine, especially eat less greasy food. At the same time, exercise should be moderate and not too hard, which will make the disease develop more rapidly.
