How to deal with a drunk fight

After getting drunk, people always do all kinds of dangerous things that are not under their control. Because the alcohol in wine can paralyze the brain, it is better not to drink too much. There are endless cases of drunken fights and group fights on TV news, which is because people's nerves are in an excited state after drinking. Fighting after drinking is a bad behavior after all, but how should we deal with fighting after drinking?

1. If a fight after drinking causes minor injuries to others, it violates the provisions of the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law" and should be subject to administrative punishment;

2. If a person is beaten after drinking and suffers minor injuries or above, he is suspected of intentional injury;

3. Legal Basis:

1) Article 43 of the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law" Whoever beats another person or intentionally injures another person shall be detained for not less than five days but not more than ten days and fined not less than RMB 200 but not more than RMB 500; if the circumstances are relatively minor, he shall be detained for not more than five days or fined not more than RMB 500.

Anyone who commits any of the following acts shall be detained for not less than 10 days but not more than 15 days and fined not less than RMB 500 but not more than RMB 1,000:

(1) Ganging together to beat or injure others;

(2) Beating or injuring a disabled person, a pregnant woman, a person under the age of 14 or a person over the age of 60;

(3) Beating or injuring others multiple times or beating or injuring multiple people at one time.

2) Article 234 of the Criminal Law (revised in 1997): Whoever intentionally injures another person shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance.

Whoever commits the crime in the preceding paragraph and causes serious injury to another person shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years; if the crime causes death to another person or causes serious injury to another person by particularly cruel means, resulting in serious disability, the offender shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than ten years, life imprisonment or death. If otherwise provided in this Law, the provisions shall prevail.
