Nasopharyngeal carcinoma infiltrates the surrounding areas through the trigeminal nerve, abducens nerve, glossopharyngeal nerve, hypoglossal nerve, olfactory nerve, facial nerve, and auditory nerve. 7. Cervical lymph node metastasis. The swollen lymph nodes in the neck are painless, hard, and mobile in the early stages, but adherent to the skin or deep tissues in the late stages. 8 In some cases of distant metastasis, distant metastasis is the main complaint. 9 Systemic organ failure can lead to cachexia and death, and sudden bleeding can lead to death. |
