5 risk factors for ovarian cancer

Ovarian cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the female reproductive system. 1. Early menarche and late menopause

Pregnancy can reduce the risk of ovarian cancer. The more pregnancies and cumulative months of pregnancy, the lower the risk of ovarian cancer. 3. High-fat diet

High animal fat intake can increase the risk of ovarian cancer. There are three mechanisms for this danger: first, animal fat exerts its carcinogenic effect through a certain hormonal effect; second, the polycyclic hydrocarbons in animal fat are carcinogenic to the ovaries; third, after animal fat is ingested, it changes the body's immune function and increases the risk of cancer.

4. Genetics

5. Industrial contact

Talc and asbestos can migrate into the abdominal cavity and cause atypical hyperplasia of the ovarian epithelium, thereby increasing the risk of ovarian cancer.
