How is breast cancer caused

How is breast cancer caused?

1. Menstruation

According to clinical data, if menarche comes early, such as before the age of 12, and menopause comes late, such as after the age of 55, the chance of breast cancer will be higher. Therefore, women with early menarche or late menopause should pay attention to prevention and go to the hospital for regular check-ups.

2. Genetics

If the mother has breast cancer, the daughter's chance of developing breast cancer is much higher than the average person, and the onset is earlier than other people. However, it does not mean that if the mother or sister has breast cancer, you will definitely get the disease.

3. Marriage and childbearing

The best time for women to have children is before the age of 30. Breastfeeding after giving birth can effectively prevent breast cancer. If you get married late or have never had children, the possibility of such women suffering from breast cancer is relatively higher.

4. Lifestyle

If you have an unhealthy lifestyle, you are more likely to get breast cancer. For example, if you like to smoke and drink, eat spicy, fatty and greasy food, stay up late, have a reversed morning and evening schedule, like to wear tight clothes, especially tight bras, and have less exercise, you are more likely to get breast cancer.

2. Prevention of Breast Cancer

1. Diet

You should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, such as tomatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, berries, etc., which have anti-cancer effects.

2. Life

Try to stay away from computers, mobile phones, and televisions to avoid the impact of electromagnetic radiation on your body; pay attention to a regular schedule, do not stay up late, and ensure adequate sleep time; pay attention to physical exercise, and if you belong to a high-risk group, you should go to the hospital for screening regularly.
