Although nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients appear in many countries and regions on five continents, the incidence rate is low in most parts of the world, generally below 1/100,000. The incidence rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is higher than that in southern China, especially in Zhaoqing, Foshan and Guangzhou. The incidence rate in Sihui, Zhaoqing is 25.12/100,000 for men and 12/100,000.11/100,000 for women; in Zhongshan, the incidence rate is 21.73/100,000 for men and 83/100,000.66/100,000 for women; in Hong Kong, the incidence rate is 24.3/100,000 for men and 100,000.2/100,000 for women.

Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma have tinnitus symptoms, which is relatively common. There are also these symptoms in the early stage: ear and nose symptoms or headaches are often more than one. The initial symptoms that prompt patients to seek medical treatment are varied, such as lymph node lumps above the neck, ear and nose symptoms such as runny nose, otitis media, etc., headache, cranial nerve damage such as diplopia, distant metastasis, dermatomyositis, etc. The frequency order of symptoms and signs: the metastasis rate of cervical lymph node metastasis is as high as 60-80%, half of which are bilateral metastasis, runny nose, epistaxis, headache, tinnitus, hearing loss, nasal congestion, cranial nerve damage, etc.

Pay attention to your diet:

1. Pay attention to eating foods that are light and nourishing, sweet and cold, and can promote the production of body fluids, and can detoxify and reduce swelling, such as soy milk, pear juice, carrot juice, lotus root juice, sugarcane juice, water chestnut and water chestnut juice, lotus seeds, mung beans, winter melon, watermelon, mushrooms, white fungus, turtle, oysters, lean pork, duck meat, and eggs.

2. Pay attention to commonly used medicines and foods such as Imperata juice, reed root, sweet almond, Rehmannia glutinosa, Polygonatum sibiricum, Dendrobium officinale, red dates, raw chestnuts, mung bean water, water chestnuts, white radish, white pear, citrus, and hawthorn.

3. Avoid spicy foods such as chili peppers and fried foods; eat less dry and hot foods such as dog meat, mutton, rabbit meat, yellow croaker, hairtail, lychee, etc. Smoking and drinking are prohibited.
