To prevent nerve damage caused by complications of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, you can actively treat nasopharyngeal carcinoma. You can try the following specific treatment methods:

1. Chinese Yam, Lotus Seed and Coix Seed Soup. 30g Chinese Yam, 30g Lotus Seed without core, 30g Coix Seed. Add appropriate amount of water, simmer over low heat, add a little sugar, take once a day, no limit on the amount, take for 15 consecutive days.

2. Lithospermum officinale and tangerine peel porridge. Prepare 30g of lithospermum officinale root, 15g of tangerine peel, 100g of polished rice, and a little brown sugar. Wash and chop the lithospermum officinale root and tangerine peel, put them in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water and boil for 20 minutes, filter out the residue and take the juice for later use; wash the polished rice, put it in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, boil it with high heat first, then simmer it with low heat until the porridge is cooked, add the juice and brown sugar, and cook it for a while. Decoction them together, remove the residue and take the juice, once a day, warm and take twice.

As for specific nursing matters, you should also pay attention to eating more bitter foods. Bitter foods such as bitter melon, apricots and wild vegetables are important sources of vitamin B12, which are very deadly to cancer cells. It can inhibit the pigmentation enzymes in cancer cells, leading to metabolic disorders and "suicide" death; or eat more sour foods. Sour fruits are rich in vitamin C, which can resist cancer cells. Lactic acid bacteria in yogurt and kimchi can break down sugar into lactic acid, inhibit the reproduction of spoilage bacteria in the body, reduce the production of toxins, and devour carcinogens.
