1. 4. Hepatorenal syndrome: It is a complication of advanced liver cancer, characterized by oliguria, massive ascites, and edema. This complication is a secondary renal dysfunction following liver failure.

5. Infection: Liver cancer is also a common complication. Due to low immune function and liver dysfunction, it is prone to infection. Common infection is spontaneous peritonitis. Patients may show fever, abdominal pain, recent worsening of ascites, tests may show increased white blood cells, ascites turbidity, increased white blood cells in ascites, and ascites culture can culture bacteria.
