The daily changes in body temperature

The daily changes in body temperature

The daily changes in body temperature are determined by the air temperature, indoor temperature, physiological period and pathological period.

1. Temperature: There is a big difference in temperature between morning and evening. The temperature is relatively low at night, so the body temperature is also relatively low. The temperature under the armpit is about 36°C. The temperature is relatively high during the day. If you work outside, your body temperature will rise, so it will be around 36.5°C.

2. Indoor temperature: In summer, the air conditioner will be turned on indoors, which will cause the indoor temperature to be relatively low. In winter, the heating will be turned on indoors, which will cause the indoor temperature to be relatively warm, and the human temperature will be between 36℃ and 37℃.

3. Menstrual period: Some women's hormone levels and endocrine system will change during their menstrual period, which will cause changes in body temperature. If the hormone levels and endocrine system are normal, the temperature may be around 36°C. If there are symptoms of hormone and endocrine disorders, the body temperature will also change and may reach around 37°C.

4. Pathological stage: If you have a wind-heat cold or a wind-cold cold, you will have symptoms of fever. A low fever is generally around 37.5°C, a moderate fever is around 38.5°C, and a high fever is above 39°C.
