What are the symptoms of skin cancer

Skin cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs on the skin. There are three main types of the most common skin cancers. One is basal cell carcinoma of the skin, the main symptom of which is a sunken ulcer on the skin that does not heal repeatedly and is then diagnosed by biopsy pathology. There is generally no other pain and other symptoms, but there may be local bleeding. Squamous cell carcinoma of the skin is a cauliflower-shaped skin tumor, which is also the reason why the ulcerated lesions do not heal repeatedly. Squamous cell carcinoma of the skin may be accompanied by swollen lymph nodes around it. In addition to the extended resection of the skin cancer tumor, lymph node cleaning is also required. There is also malignant melanoma, which mainly manifests as a black tumor.

What is the treatment for squamous cell skin cancer?

The main symptoms of skin cancer are non-healing skin ulcers and the appearance of cauliflower neoplasms. Squamous cell carcinoma is more malignant, mainly due to metastasis of the corresponding lesion area. For the treatment of skin cancer, surgical treatment is the first choice, and the lymph nodes in the corresponding area need to be cleaned. Subsequent treatment needs to be determined according to the pathological stage. If no treatment is required in the early stage after surgery, comprehensive radiotherapy and chemotherapy are required after lymph node metastasis.

Is skin cancer curable?

Skin cancer is a malignant skin tumor. The skin at the site of the disease is prone to bleeding and ulceration. If combined with infection, there will be thick fluid, accompanied by foul odor and pain. Whether skin cancer is easy to treat depends on the site of the disease, size, degree of invasion, metastasis and physical condition. Commonly used treatment methods include surgical resection, radiotherapy, cryotherapy, laser therapy, local drug corrosion and chemotherapy. If the disease is discovered early and treated in time, the general efficacy and healing effect are better.
