Lung cancer chest pain symptoms

Lung cancer chest pain symptoms

Lung cancer chest pain symptoms:

Coughing up blood: In 80% of lung cancer patients, lung cancer tumor cells invade the bronchial mucosa after developing lung cancer, thus causing coughing up blood.

Because each lung cancer patient has a different physical constitution, the degree of coughing up blood is different. Some lung cancer patients will have blood in their sputum. As the disease worsens, once lung cancer tumor cells enter the blood vessels, it will cause vomiting blood, directly endangering the life of lung cancer patients.

Cough: Generally speaking, the more common symptom in patients with lung cancer is cough, and the cough caused by lung cancer is related to the bronchial mucosa.

Lung cancer has a large inertia and is overly sensitive to external stimuli, which may cause coughing.

A common symptom of lung cancer is paroxysmal irritating cough, which is ineffective even with cough suppressants.

If the lung cancer tumor grows in the relatively small bronchial mucosa, the cough is not very obvious or even no cough symptoms. If you are a frequent smoker or bronchitis patient, the cough will be more severe and more frequent.

Chest pain: Generally speaking, many lung cancer patients will have chest pain symptoms, mainly manifested as irregular pain in the chest. In most cases, lung cancer will invade the pleura or chest wall to cause pain. If chest pain is found, it may be related to the nerves around the bronchus.

Blood in sputum: Blood in sputum is a common symptom of lung cancer, but blood in sputum can cause many diseases, so many patients do not care when they find blood in their sputum. The main reason is vasculitis caused by local necrosis of lung cancer tumors. Coughing up blood is a common symptom of lung cancer and lasts in stages. There may be a small amount of blood in the sputum or a small amount of coughing up blood. If a ruptured blood vessel is found, large-scale vomiting of blood will occur.
