It is recommended to go to the hospital for an ophthalmology examination.

Nasopharyngeal cancer patients may suffer from peripheral nerve compression. If it causes optic nerve compression, it may cause vision loss. This is also a common manifestation and can usually be judged in combination with actual compression symptoms.
