Nursing methods for radiotherapy of kidney cancer

During radiotherapy, kidney cancer patients should pay attention to a balanced diet, follow the principle of eating small and frequent meals, eat more easily digestible food, eat more high-protein and high-fiber food, choose foods that nourish kidney yin, nourish blood and produce body fluid, eat more fresh fruits and drink more water. Here, the rehabilitation instructor provides a diet menu for kidney cancer patients during radiotherapy, hoping that kidney cancer patients who have the conditions can eat more, which is conducive to the early recovery of patients.
1. Bird's nest stewed with American ginseng: 6 grams of bird's nest, 9 grams of American ginseng. Soak the bird's nest in warm water, remove the bird's hair, slice the American ginseng, add appropriate amount of water, stew for 12 hours and then take.
2. Turtle, pig's trotter and ginseng soup: 1 turtle (about 150g-250g), 250g pig's trotter, 10g ginseng. First, scald the turtle with boiling water to drain all the urine, cut off the head and claws, remove the internal organs, wash and cut into pieces together with the pig's trotter. Add appropriate amount of water, simmer until cooked, and take in divided doses.
3. Astragalus and wolfberry stewed with water fish: 30 grams of astragalus, 20 grams of wolfberry, 1 water fish (about 500 grams). Wrap the astragalus with gauze, remove the scales and internal organs, wash and cut into pieces. Add appropriate amount of water and stew until cooked, remove the astragalus residue, add a little oil and salt to taste and take in divided doses.
