What medicine is good for gallbladder wall thickening and gallstone inflammation

The gallbladder is one of the most important organs in the human body. It and the liver are "dependent on each other" and together they form the hepatobiliary organ system. The function of the gallbladder is to secrete enough bile to help digest some fatty foods so that the stomach and intestines can easily obtain the nutrients in them. Gallbladder diseases are also relatively common. Among them, stones are the most common gallbladder disease. Let's take a look at what medicine is good for gallbladder wall thickening and stone inflammation?

Generally speaking, urinary tract stones, especially upper urinary tract stones, may cause symptoms of lower back pain when obstruction occurs in the ureter. The extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy we use only breaks large stones into small ones. There is still a possibility of re-obstruction during the elimination process. Once obstruction occurs, low back pain will occur. In fact, in addition to reviewing relevant ultrasound examinations, the main thing is to drink more water, pat the back, and promote urine excretion.

Folk remedy: Use chicken gizzard lining and 50 grams of corn silk, boil a bowl of soup and drink it once, 2-3 times a day, for 10 days. Avoid eating liver, fatty meat, and egg yolks.

(1) Drink plenty of water to ensure 1500 ml of urine per day. Pay special attention to drinking water at night. Drinking water can prevent urinary stones and help excrete smaller urinary stones.

(2) If the urinary stones are not large, with a diameter of less than 1 cm, there is no urinary tract infection or obstruction, and the renal function is good, non-surgical treatment can be tried, including drinking more water, exercising more, and taking Chinese medicine that is conducive to the excretion of stones, such as Chinese patent medicine stone-excreting granules. You can also use a decoction of a prescription, such as 60g of Centella asiatica, 15g of Lycopodiella cava, 9g of Chicken Gizzard Stone, 30g of Liuyi Powder, and 15g of Plantago seed. Take one dose of decoction per day, and it can be taken continuously for a period of time.

(3) For those with large stones that are unlikely to be expelled on their own, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy can be used. This method uses underwater high-voltage discharge to cause explosive vaporization of water, releasing huge energy, thereby generating supersonic shock waves in the water. This powerful shock wave is focused to concentrate the scattered force and target the urinary stones in the human body, crushing the stones, which are then excreted with urine. my country has used this method to cure tens of thousands of patients with urinary stones, and relevant patients may wish to adopt it.

(4) The last option is surgery, which is to remove the urinary stones. Doctors will consider this procedure, especially for cases where the stones have been blocking the kidneys for a long time, are large, or have affected kidney function and need to be cured as soon as possible.
