A few people may experience loss of appetite, nausea, general fatigue, fever, pain in the lower abdomen and perineum and anus, frequent urination, difficulty urinating, lower abdominal mass, etc. In severe cases, acute urinary retention may occur. When cancer widely metastasizes to the pelvic cavity, abdominal mass, lumbar or perineal pain, lower extremity edema and anemia may occur.
