There is a small shadow of 0.8*1cm on the right lung, which may be lung cyst, tuberculosis or lung cancer.

1. Pulmonary cysts: They can be caused by congenital developmental defects, trauma, infection, etc., which can cause the formation of gas or liquid cystic lesions of different sizes in the lungs. During lung imaging examinations, a small shadow may be observed on the right lung. Cystectomy or lobectomy can be performed under the guidance of a doctor.

2. Pulmonary tuberculosis: mainly caused by mycobacterium infection, it can lead to tuberculosis lesions in the lung tissue, trachea, bronchi, and pleura. Patients generally present with respiratory symptoms such as cough, sputum, and hemoptysis, and may also be accompanied by low fever, fatigue, night sweats, etc. Anti-tuberculosis drugs such as pyrazinamide tablets, rifampicin tablets, and isoniazid tablets can be used as recommended by doctors.

3. Lung cancer: A primary malignant tumor of the lung originating from the bronchial mucosa or glands, which may be caused by long-term smoking, occupational exposure, ionizing radiation and other factors. Since lung cancer is an occupying lesion, local shadows will also be produced in lung imaging examinations. It can be treated with surgical procedures such as bronchial sleeve lobectomy, segmentectomy, and wedge resection, and adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery. The drugs available for chemotherapy generally include paclitaxel injection, gemcitabine hydrochloride injection, cisplatin injection, etc.

In addition to the above reasons, it may also be caused by lung metastatic cancer and other reasons, which require active treatment.
