What are the early symptoms of lymphoma? How long can a person with lymphoma live?

How long can you live with advanced lymphoma?

The main symptoms of early lymphoma are as follows:

1. The early symptoms of lymphoma are swollen lymph nodes, including superficial and deep lymph nodes. The characteristics are that the swollen lymph nodes are progressive, painless, hard, and most can be moved. In the early stage of lymphoma, the disease is not adhered to each other. The deep part is more common in the mediastinum and the abdominal aorta. The swollen lymph nodes of patients with lymphoma cause local compression symptoms, mainly referring to the deep lymph nodes.

2. Weight loss. Most early symptoms of lymphoma include weight loss, which can be more than 10% of the original body weight lost within 6 months. Lymphoma patients may also have fever, which is often irregular, often between 38-39 degrees Celsius. Some lymphoma patients may have continuous high fever, or intermittent low fever, and a few may have periodic fever.

3. Some patients have long-term irregular fever for unknown reasons. It was not until several years later that superficial lymphadenopathy was discovered and the diagnosis was confirmed after examination. This is mainly a hidden manifestation of malignant lymphoma, as well as systemic manifestations caused by tumors. About 10% of patients have systemic symptoms such as fever, rash, night sweats and weight loss as the earliest clinical manifestations. There are also a few patients with more hidden lesions, but they often have periodic low fever. The presence of multiple symptoms such as persistent fever, sweating, and weight loss may indicate the progression of the disease. The nervous system, skin, bone marrow, etc. are also often involved.
