Yawning and crying

Many people are more concerned about yawning and tears. There are some common symptoms. Frequent yawning and tears are mainly symptoms of deoxygenation in daily life. Brain hypoxia is mainly a normal physiological phenomenon of the brain's senses. Sometimes it is a signal of a disease, such as brainstem ischemia. At the same time, in daily life, this type of disease must be diagnosed in time. If it is just a one-time yawn in daily life or some children's tears.

Tears are mainly secreted by human beings all the time, and in daily life they mainly discharge some toxic gases. At the same time, such tears are also more tiring and meaningful. If you find that you yawn or shed tears frequently in your life, you should pay attention.

I always yawn when I feel sleepy. When you yawn, your eyes always become tearful. Why do people shed tears when they yawn?

Human tears are secreted all the time and flow on the surface of the eyeball. However, the tears secreted normally are very little, and they flow along the surface of the eyeball and in the tiny gaps inside the eyelids, so you don't feel the tears flowing.

However, in the split second you blink, the tears on the surface of the eyeball are sucked into the tear sewer - the nasolacrimal duct. Don't underestimate this thin tube, it is the only way for tears to reach the nasal cavity. The lacrimal glands continuously secrete tears, and the nasolacrimal ducts continuously discharge tears, so people do not normally shed tears.

When people yawn, they open their mouths very wide to let as much air out of the body as possible in order to exhale carbon dioxide and inhale oxygen. As you yawn, a stream of air is exhaled forcefully from your mouth. The muscles in the cheeks, tongue, and throat tense and contract, increasing pressure in the mouth and nasal cavity. The increased nasal pressure will temporarily block the nasolacrimal duct from draining tears. The "sewer" is blocked, the tears cannot flow down, and more and more tears accumulate in the eyes. Your eyes will be filled with tears, and finally the tears will burst out and flow down your face.

In fact, not only yawning can cause tears, but people can also shed tears when laughing, sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. The principle is the same.

The above is a common introduction to yawning and crying. Some practices in daily life include doing moderate exercise in a place with fresh air during the day. At the same time, don't overeat before going to bed when using your brain. These are all normal physiological phenomena. Sometimes they are signals of a disease, such as brain stem ischemia. In that case, don't be overly excited and should be adjusted and improved. .
