Effective folk remedies for treating endometrial cancer

How is endometritis treated?

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that endometrial cancer is caused by spleen, liver, and kidney dysfunction, damp-heat and toxic stasis, uterine stagnation or liver qi stagnation, qi stagnation and blood stasis, and meridian obstruction. Traditional Chinese medicine divides endometrial cancer into blood heat type, qi deficiency type, blood stasis type, and kidney deficiency type.

Blood heat type

Main symptoms: Patients with this type of endometrial cancer may suddenly experience heavy vaginal bleeding or continuous bleeding, fullness in the chest and flanks, restlessness, a red tongue with a thin yellow coating, and a stringy and rapid pulse.

Treatment principle: Calm the liver and clear away heat, assist in stopping bleeding.

Prescription: Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder with modifications: Bupleurum, Atractylodes, Angelica, White Peony Root, Poria, Menthus, Cortex Moutan, Gardenia, Motherwort, Xueyutan, and Licorice.

Qi deficiency type

Main symptoms: sudden or continuous bleeding, light-colored and clear, pale complexion, fatigue in the limbs, shortness of breath and laziness to speak. Light tongue or teeth marks on the tongue edge, thin and moist fur, weak pulse.

Treatment method: tonify Qi and spleen, consolidate and stop bleeding.

Prescription: Yiyuan Decoction with modifications: ginseng, astragalus, moxibustion, licorice, white atractylodes, cimicifuga, mugwort, and dissolved donkey-hide gelatin.

Blood stasis type

Main symptoms: Stop when collapse, dripping and not clean, or suddenly large amount, with blood clots, pain in the lower abdomen that refuses to be pressed. Dark purple tongue, or spots on the edge, thin fur, deep and astringent pulse or stringy and thin pulse.

Treatment: Promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, regulate qi and relieve pain.

Prescription: Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction with modifications: peach kernel, safflower, angelica, raw rehmannia, chuanxiong, red peony root, bupleurum, yanhusuo, medicated oil, and licorice.
