Data shows that globally, one new lymphoma patient is diagnosed every 9 minutes. It has become one of the top ten malignant tumors in my country and ranks second among malignant tumors of the blood system. The symptoms of the disease are very hidden at the beginning and it is described as "the most disguised disease."

Common early symptoms include:

Gastrointestinal tract: Malignant lymphoid lesions in extranodal lymphoid tissue are most common in the gastrointestinal tract, with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma accounting for 13-25% and Hodgkin's disease accounting for only 2%. Clinical manifestations include loss of appetite, abdominal pain and diarrhea, abdominal mass, intestinal obstruction and bleeding. The main site of invasion is the small intestine, of which more than half are the ileum, followed by the stomach, while the large intestine and esophagus are rarely involved. Primary small intestinal tumors are more common in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and the main clinical manifestations may be paroxysmal abdominal colic, active masses, progressive incomplete obstruction or malabsorption, and steatorrhea.

Liver and spleen: Biopsy shows that about 25-50% of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas involve the liver, especially follicular or diffuse small cleaved cell non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. The liver lesions of Hodgkin's disease are spread from the spleen through the portal vein. The spleen is often involved, and the patient's prognosis is poor. Splenomegaly is seen in about 30-40% of early adult non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
