The early symptoms of lymphoma are not obvious, usually superficial lymph node enlargement, including superficial lymph nodes and deep lymph nodes, which are characterized by progressive, painless, hard, and can be promoted. They are not adherent in the early stage and can fuse in the late stage. Anti-inflammatory and anti-tuberculosis treatments are ineffective. Superficial lymph nodes are common in the neck, followed by the armpits and groin. Deep ones are usually in the mediastinum and beside the abdominal aorta.

Lymph node enlargement causes local compression symptoms: mainly deep lymph nodes, such as mediastinal lymph node enlargement. Esophageal compression can cause dysphagia; superior vena cava compression causes superior vena cava syndrome; tracheal compression causes cough, chest tightness, dyspnea and cyanosis. Lymphoma can also cause other complications, such as:

1 Gastrointestinal tract: loss of appetite, abdominal pain, diarrhea, abdominal mass, intestinal obstruction, bleeding, etc.

2. Hepatobiliary: Invasion of the liver parenchyma can cause pain in the liver area.

3 Skeleton: Clinical manifestations are local bone pain and secondary nerve compression.

4 Skin: Itch and pruritus are common in nonspecific lesions. Itch is more common in Hodgkin's disease, accounting for 85%.

5 Tonsils and mouth, nose and pharynx: When lymphoma invades the mouth, nose and pharynx, clinical symptoms include dysphagia, nasal congestion and epistaxis.

6Others: Lymphoma can infiltrate the pancreas and cause malabsorption syndrome.
