Why is breast cancer basically painless and itchy?

Breast cancer may be early breast cancer, and may also be related to factors such as lymph node fusion and axillary lymph nodes.

1. Early breast cancer: In the early stages of breast cancer, because the tumor is relatively small, there are generally no nerves inside that cause pain, and the tumor will not compress the surrounding normal nerves. Early breast cancer does not hurt or itch, and the texture is hard, so it is easy to be ignored.

2. Lymph nodes fused into a mass: If the axillary lymph nodes are metastatic in large quantities, the lymph nodes may fuse into a mass, or even attach to the skin or deep tissues. If it is a single lymph node metastasis, the mass is usually clear-cut, soft or hard, and can be pushed forward without tenderness.

3. Axillary lymph nodes: If breast cancer invades the lymphatic system, the immune system will be affected as soon as possible. Axillary lymph nodes are the number one front line for breast cancer metastasis. There will be lumps, but no pain or itching.

When a painless breast lump is found, you should go to the hospital immediately for appropriate examination and treatment. At the same time, in daily life, pay attention to maintaining healthy and good eating habits, do not eat spicy food, eat on time, eat more vegetables and fruits. Do not overwork and exercise, rest more, and ensure enough sleep.
