Liver cancer inheritance

The genetic view of liver cancer is not accurate. Liver cancer only has a genetic tendency, that is, if the previous generation has liver cancer, it does not mean that the next generation will have liver cancer, but there is a genetic tendency. Under the same conditions, if the previous generation has liver cancer, the probability of the next generation having liver cancer will be higher.

The cause of liver cancer is still unclear, but it is mainly related to viral hepatitis, aflatoxin infection, and the patient's own living habits, fatigue level, pace of life, and emotional discomfort. The exact cause is still uncertain.

Liver cancer has no symptoms in the early stages because the liver has a strong compensatory capacity. Only occasional digestive symptoms such as upper abdominal discomfort, discomfort, and loss of appetite may occur. In clinical practice, color Doppler ultrasound must be used to detect liver space-occupying lesions in the early stages, and CT enhancement must be used to confirm the diagnosis. Significantly enhanced lesions and increased AFP are helpful in the diagnosis of liver cancer.

The treatment of liver cancer is still early detection and early treatment. If the liver cancer mass is relatively small and in the early stage, it can be cured by surgery. But if liver cancer has entered the late stage and there are multiple metastatic lesions, the surgical effect is not good and the patient may face an unsustainable life.
