Will renal hamartoma heal itself?

Will renal hamartoma heal itself?

Will renal hamartoma heal on its own? The answer is no. Renal hamartoma is a substantial space-occupying lesion and one of the more common benign renal tumors. This disease is an autosomal dominant genetic disease, also known as renal angiomyolipoma. It is composed of thick-walled blood vessels, smooth muscle and mature adipose tissue, and can occur singly, multiple times or bilaterally. B-ultrasound and CT examinations have a high positioning and qualitative diagnosis rate for renal tumors. Under normal circumstances, renal hamartoma will not develop into cancerous lesions, but some patients have the possibility of developing cancerous lesions under the influence of certain internal and external environmental factors.

In clinical practice, the cancer rate of renal hamartoma is 4-5%, but due to the continuous deterioration of the surrounding environment in recent years, the cancer rate of renal hamartoma is also increasing. The main hazard of renal hamartoma is the complications caused by tumor rupture and bleeding.

Characteristics of disease

Hamartoma is characterized by high incidence, high rate of canceration, high recurrence rate, difficult surgery, and many complications. There is no specific treatment at home or abroad, so many hamartoma patients suffer from rapid tumor growth, tumor rupture and bleeding, organ function damage, tissue cell necrosis and even cancer due to lack of correct and effective treatment.

Clinical features of renal hamartoma

The clinical manifestations of hamartoma can be multifaceted depending on the course of the disease and pathology, ranging from early cases with no obvious clinical symptoms confined to smaller hamartomas to late cases with larger hamartomas that squeeze surrounding tissues and abdominal organs, or rupture and bleed of the tumor, causing organ damage, tissue cell necrosis, cancer, or hemorrhagic shock. Therefore, the clinical manifestations are very complex.

How to treat renal hamartoma better

If the renal hamartoma is smaller than 4cm, no treatment is required, but if it is larger than 4cm, treatment is required. However, if the tumor is larger than 4cm and grows rapidly, or if the tumor is close to the renal hilum or the large blood vessels at the renal hilum, or if the B-ultrasound examination shows a low echo and the CT examination shows a soft tissue density mass with little fat, or if the CT value is above the normal value or higher, or if the tumor has signs of spontaneous rupture and bleeding, surgical treatment should be considered. The cost of surgery depends on the surgical conditions and the complexity of the disease.

"Pinocytosis Correction" Special Treatment

1)

In view of the causes, properties, development mechanisms and main hazards of hamartomas, a new treatment concept of "pinocytosis error correction" was proposed for the first time.

2) "Pinocytosis Correction" therapy has the following effects:

a)

By activating and enhancing the human immune system (humoral immunity and cellular immunity), it increases the monitoring of tumorigenic factors, promotes the phagocytic effect of lymphocytes, monocytes and macrophages on tumor tissue, thereby cutting off the nutritional supply of the hamartoma and curbing tumor growth.

b)

By promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, softening and dispersing nodules, clearing away heat and detoxifying, resolving phlegm and dissolving congestion, and dredging collaterals and dispersing nodules, the local microenvironment of the lesion can be improved, damaged tissue cells can be repaired, and normal tissue cell functions can be restored, so that the hamartoma can dry up, shrink, necrotize, calcify, and disappear from the root.

c)

By correcting the imbalance of the body, activating and enhancing the human immune system (humoral immunity and cellular immunity), correcting the regulation of the tumorigenic internal environment, adjusting the tumorigenic and tumor-suppressing genes, increasing the recognition function of tumorigenic factors, and recognizing tumor tissue cells as abnormal cells, the tumorigenic factors can be completely eliminated, the regeneration of tumorigenic factors can be inhibited, the hamartoma can be eliminated in situ, and it is not easy to recur.

d) Effectively improve the functions of internal organs by correcting faulty tissue cells.

3) The "pinocytosis correction" therapy has relieved the pain of tens of thousands of hamartoma patients and helped them return to work; this therapy is convenient (home beds can be used) and low-cost.

Secret formula of "pinocytosis correction"

1) Pinocytosis Dialectical Formula

a) Main ingredients

b)

Main functions: promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, softening and dispersing nodules, clearing away heat and detoxifying, resolving phlegm and dissolving coagulation, dredging collaterals and dispersing nodules; improving the local microenvironment of the tumor, promoting the phagocytic effect of lymphocytes, monocytes and macrophages on tumor tissue, thereby gradually shrinking the hamartomatous tumor.

2) Dialectical formula for error correction:

a) Main ingredients:

b)

Main functions: Repair damaged tissue cells, restore normal tissue cell functions, correct the body's imbalance, activate and enhance the body's immune system (humoral immunity and cellular immunity), correct the regulation of the tumorigenic internal environment, adjust tumorigenic and tumor-suppressing genes, increase the recognition function of tumorigenic factors, recognize tumor tissue cells as abnormal cells, thereby completely eliminating tumorigenic factors, inhibiting the regeneration of tumorigenic factors, achieving the disappearance of hamartoma in situ, and preventing recurrence.
