What are the early symptoms of bladder cancer

Bladder cancer is a malignant tumor. Many people are often very nervous if they have hematuria. If there are other serious symptoms at the same time, you need to pay more attention to the doctor, especially the elderly, who need a comprehensive examination. So what are the early symptoms of bladder cancer?

1. Frequent urination and urgency: When these tumor cells invade the patient's bladder triangle, it will stimulate the bladder. This symptom can also be used to timely diagnose and detect early bladder cancer. At the same time, if the patient has symptoms of frequent urination and urgency, this is an early bladder cancer, and if the patient suddenly has pain when urinating, it is also a symptom of bladder cancer.

2. Pain: When the cancer invades a wide area of the patient's bladder and the lesions are deep, the patient will often experience pain when urinating. The pain will be aggravated when the patient's bladder is stretched and contracts. If it reaches the bladder neck, it will often cause urethral obstruction. The patient will also have difficulty urinating and may induce urinary retention. If the cancer has invaded the urethra orifice, it will often cause the patient to have an ascending infection or even hydronephrosis and uremia. Cachexia will occur in the late stage of bladder cancer.

3. Hematuria: Patients with bladder cancer in the early stages often only have hematuria, which can be observed with the naked eye. Therefore, it is also the "red alert" of the disease. It should be noted that almost every bladder cancer patient has this hematuria phenomenon.

4. Others: If the bladder cancer tumor has infiltrated the patient's own ureteral orifice or originally grew at the ureteral orifice, the symptoms that may be caused are some advanced bladder cancer symptoms of ureteral dilatation. When bladder cancer metastasizes to the lungs, liver, and bones, the patient will experience corresponding symptoms such as persistent coughing, abnormal liver function, pain in the liver area, shortness of breath, and bone pain somewhere.

This is an introduction to the early symptoms of bladder cancer. Although bladder cancer is a terrible disease, patients must have strong confidence in treatment, because the disease is not incurable. They should also pay attention to timely examination and treatment, and actively cooperate. If not treated in time, the best time for treatment will be lost.
