What are the symptoms of bladder cancer

The most common symptom of bladder cancer is hematuria, but this is not an early symptom. Hematuria is usually visible to the naked eye. Of course, early hematuria symptoms are usually invisible to the naked eye and are usually painless. The following are some of the symptoms of bladder cancer:

Symptoms of Bladder Cancer

1. Hematuria

Hematuria is mostly macroscopic hematuria, followed by microscopic hematuria. It can be intermittent, whole-course hematuria, or terminal hematuria. Hematuria is easily misdiagnosed due to its diversity. Hematuria is a typical symptom of bladder cancer.

2. Urinary tract irritation

This symptom occurs when cancer cells invade the trigone of the bladder. The irritation symptoms also reveal the possibility of bladder carcinoma in situ, followed by the discharge of necrotic material, lumps, blood clots, or difficulty urinating due to obstruction of the urinary tract by the lumps, dripping, or even urine retention.

3. Systemic symptoms

Symptoms include leg swelling, abdominal ascites, incontinence, yellow urine, loose yellow stools, and a large amount of colorless, odorless, transparent liquid. It is not uncommon for this colorless, odorless, transparent liquid to be discharged alone.

Malignant tumors have the characteristic of metastasis, and so does bladder cancer. However, if bladder cancer metastasizes, it is much more complicated than other malignant tumors. At present, the most common metastasis pathway is direct metastasis, which mainly involves metastasis to adjacent organs.
