Stages of bladder cancer:

Stage 0a: Also called papillary carcinoma, the diseased cells appear as small mushroom-like tissue growing from the edge of the bladder.

Stage 0b: Also called carcinoma in situ, this is a superficial tumor that develops on the edge of the tissue inside the bladder.

Stage I: Cancer has spread to the layers below the inner edge of the bladder.

Stage II: Cancer has spread into the bladder muscle wall.

Stage III: Cancer has spread to the fatty layer of tissue around the bladder and may have spread to the genitals.

Stage IV: Cancer has spread from the bladder to the peritoneum or pelvis and may have spread to the lymph nodes or other organs in the body.

Recurrent: Bladder cancer comes back in the bladder or another part of the body after treatment.

Bladder cancer has different treatments at different stages, so in order to choose the correct and effective method, you need to clearly judge the stage in order to carry out the best treatment and achieve recovery.
