What are the symptoms of lymphoma and how to prevent it

What are the symptoms of lymphoma? How to prevent it?

Lymphoma can occur in lymphatic tissue throughout the body, such as the chin, mandible, anterior neck, supraclavicular region, armpit, groin, mediastinum or abdominal arteries. Sometimes it occurs in internal organs and causes compression symptoms. If it occurs in the stomach, small intestine or large intestine, there may be symptoms of peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal dysfunction such as abdominal distension, bloody stool, vomiting, and abdominal pain. If lymphoma invades the bone marrow, it may cause pancytopenia such as pale complexion, fever, abnormal bleeding, and sometimes abnormal lymphocytes can be seen in the peripheral blood.

How to prevent lymphoma?

1. Adjust the diet structure and eat a reasonable diet: Develop good eating habits in daily life, quit smoking and drinking. Studies have shown that lymphoma cannot form in a weakly alkaline human body. Adjusting the acid-base balance of body fluids is an effective way to prevent lymphoma.

2. Pay attention to dietary taboos: avoid eating spicy, sour, cold, hot, and other irritating foods, as well as expired and spoiled foods. Especially for the elderly, who generally have weaker constitutions and low immunity, they should eat some anti-cancer or high-alkaline foods to maintain a good mental state and psychological factors.

3. Pay attention to relieving stress: maintain a good attitude to deal with stress, learn to relieve and release stress, know how to combine work and rest, and avoid excessive fatigue.

4. Strengthen physical exercise: pay attention to proper physical exercise, enhance immune resistance and improve physical fitness.

5. Develop good living habits: go to bed early and get up early, have regular daily habits, maintain a weakly alkaline physique, and fundamentally avoid the occurrence of lymphoma.
