Symptoms of prostate cancer liver metastasis

It is very scary for male friends to suffer from prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is a malignant tumor with a low incidence rate. If you suffer from prostate cancer, there is still hope of cure if it is treated in the early stage. If cancer metastasis occurs in the middle and late stages, there is no hope of cure. So what are the symptoms of prostate cancer liver metastasis?

Prostate cancer is a common malignant tumor disease in clinical practice. If treated promptly in the early stages of the disease, it generally has a better prognosis. However, once the disease worsens and cancer cells spread or metastasize, the disease will worsen and the difficulty of treatment will increase. Usually, prostate cancer patients will have liver metastasis. Liver metastasis occurs mainly because cancer cells in the patient's body fall off and invade the liver through the blood circulation and grow in the liver. Liver metastasis can be single or multiple nodule metastases, which seriously threaten the patient's life.

Generally speaking, cancer metastasis will show symptoms of metastatic lesions after a certain period of time. Patients with liver metastasis will have obvious swelling and pain in the liver. Not only that, patients will also have symptoms of damaged liver function such as loss of appetite and indigestion, as well as fatigue, jaundice, pain in the liver area, etc. When the serum is checked, there will be a significant increase in alanine and aspartate aminotransferase. If the liver is a single metastasis, prostate cancer surgery combined with liver tumor surgery, or liver intervention can be considered, but it must be performed in a hospital with good conditions. If multiple metastases occur, chemotherapy is required.

Men must pay attention to preventing various prostate diseases in their daily lives, because the occurrence of prostate cancer is likely caused by other prostate diseases that are not treated in time. Therefore, if you feel unwell, you should go to the hospital to find out the cause and receive timely symptomatic treatment to avoid making the condition worse.
