What does liver disease mean

Pathology means changes in certain parts of the human body, such as a benign tumor turning into a malignant tumor, etc. Our body's tissues and organs may develop lesions, including the liver. Once any discomfort or abnormality occurs, we should check and go to the hospital for treatment in time to prevent more serious consequences. So what does liver disease mean?

Liver disease refers to disease that occurs in the liver. Including hepatitis B, hepatitis A, hepatitis C, cirrhosis, fatty liver, liver cancer, alcoholic liver disease and many other liver diseases. It is a common and extremely harmful disease and should be prevented actively.

Common liver diseases include hepatitis, cirrhosis, liver abscess, primary liver cancer, etc. Hepatitis is mainly chronic hepatitis, which is divided into chronic viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis, drug-toxic hepatitis, hereditary diseases and other chronic hepatitis of unknown causes according to etiology.

Abnormal digestive function, decreased appetite, no appetite at all, no interest in food, and often lack of active desire to eat, leading to symptoms such as loss of appetite, aversion to greasy food, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation; Incomplete liver cells can cause fatigue, lack of strength, easy fatigue, sleepiness, etc., mainly liver cell damage, resulting in increased serum transaminase and other enzymes, and decreased cholinesterase;

The liver and gallbladder restrict each other and have very obvious complementary effects. If the liver is impaired, the metabolism of bile pigments will also be abnormal, which can cause jaundice. Except for the saliva which does not change color, other parts of the body, such as urine, sputum and other tissues will turn yellow. When the jaundice deepens, these symptoms will become more obvious. Abnormal synthesis of coagulation factors in the body can cause bleeding tendencies such as gingival bleeding and nose bleeding; (4) Because the liver has the function of metabolizing vitamins, if liver function is abnormal, then vitamin metabolism will also be abnormal, leading to vitamin deficiency, resulting in rough skin, night blindness, lip and tongue inflammation, edema, skin bleeding, osteoporosis, etc.

Pain in the liver area: The most common type is intermittent or persistent dull pain or bloating. The rapid growth of the tumor will tighten the liver capsule and invade the diaphragm, causing pain. This pain may radiate to the right shoulder or right back. A tumor growing toward the right back may cause right waist pain. Sudden onset of severe abdominal pain and peritoneal irritation signs indicates subcapsular bleeding of the cancerous nodule or rupture into the abdominal cavity.

Generally speaking, if liver disease is not taken seriously in time, it may lead to cirrhosis, liver cancer, etc., which will cause great damage to the whole body. If you fail to pay attention to treatment before the disease occurs, it will be life-threatening.

Liver disease can cause long-term consumption, low resistance and other conditions due to the emergence of complications. If this condition is not taken seriously in time, it can directly lead to other diseases.

This situation is also very common. Bleeding due to liver disease is manifested in decreased liver function, which reduces the synthesis of coagulation factors and is difficult to stop. At this time, you should pay attention to it and seek medical attention immediately.
