Epidermal atrophy warning melanoma how to treat 3 methods to treat melanoma

What are the early symptoms of melanoma? When it comes to melanoma, many people may feel unfamiliar, but with the increase in its incidence, melanoma has gradually come into people's sight.

1. The epidermis of malignant lentigo melanoma atrophies, and there are many atypical melanocytes in the basal layer, which invade the dermis downward. The chromatophores in the tumor cells or in the intercellular matrix contain a considerable amount of melanin.

2. Superficial spreading melanoma: The epidermis protrudes irregularly downwards, and atypical nevus cell nests can be seen at the dermal-epidermal junction and in the dermis. In addition to epithelial cell-type and spindle cell-type melanocytes, a few paget-like melanocytes can sometimes be seen in the upper part of the epidermis. Inflammatory cell infiltration is obvious in the dermis.

3. Nodular melanoma: atypical melanocytes proliferate vertically downward and invade the dermis, but not the epidermis. Epithelial cell-type melanocytes are often arranged in alveoli; spindle cell-type melanocytes are similar to fibroblasts, sometimes arranged in bundles.

4. Acral lentiginous nevus melanoma has thickened epidermis, atypical melanocyte nests containing a large amount of pigment are located in the lower part of the epidermis, spindle-shaped melanocytes are common, paget-like melanocytes can also be seen in the upper part of the epidermis, and chromatophagocytes can be seen in the dermal papillae.

In order to better treat melanoma, it is very important to provide good melanoma care in order to better help patients recover.

1. Understand the patient's condition and psychological state, consult the doctor about the patient's anxiety, let the patient understand the common sense of chemotherapy, eliminate fear, and cooperate with treatment.

2. Eat light, warm and moderate meals. Excessively sweet or fatty foods as well as hot foods can easily cause vomiting.

3. Acidic fruits, hard candies and sour pickles can relieve nausea.

3. Avoid strong sunlight, noisy noises, and strong smells (such as perfume or vomitus of other patients).

5. Watching TV, listening to music, talking about topics that interest the patient, or even playing chess can help distract the patient and reduce nausea and vomiting.

6. During the treatment interval, patients should be encouraged to take a walk outdoors, breathe fresh air, and do appropriate exercises, such as qigong.

In addition to daily care, treatment is of utmost importance. So, how to treat melanoma?

1. Surgery: Surgery is a common treatment for melanoma, which can be divided into wide excision or local excision, and skin grafting can be performed if necessary. The effect of high-dose X-ray treatment is far worse than that of surgery. Malignant lentigo should be removed as soon as possible before the lesions increase. Except for monitored cryosurgery, most other treatments cannot reach a sufficient depth to remove the affected hair follicles.

2. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy: Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are often used as auxiliary treatments after surgical treatment of melanoma. Appropriate amounts of radiation and chemical drugs can reduce the recurrence and metastasis rate of melanoma and improve the short-term cure rate of melanoma. However, melanoma patients are limited by the duration of radiation and chemotherapy. Small doses of radiation and chemotherapy have little effect on the body. However, if the dose is increased, the corresponding toxic and side effects on the human body will also be large, and will also cause serious damage to the human immune system.

3. Tumor biological treatment: Experts say that due to the rapid metastasis of melanoma, there are still tiny tumors left in the human body after surgical removal. The body is also relatively weak after surgery, and the immune system is low. If the immunity remains low, the possibility of tumor recurrence and metastasis is high. Tumor biological treatment can effectively prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis and improve immunity.
