Is a breast cancer lump hard or soft?

Are breast cancer lumps hard or soft?

Clinically, the lump of breast cancer is actually very hard. The specific symptoms are related to the development of breast cancer. The first symptom of breast cancer is a single small painless lump in the affected breast. The lump is hard in nature, with an uneven surface, and is not easy to move inside the breast. As the tumor grows, it can cause local swelling of the breast, and local skin may also become sunken. If the tumor continues to grow, it may cause orange peel-like changes in the skin. When breast cancer develops to the late stage, the lump is fixed to the chest wall and is not easy to move. Lymph node metastasis of breast cancer is initially common in the armpits, and enlarged, hard and painless lymph nodes can promote it. In the future, the number will increase, fuse into lumps, and even adhere to the skin or deep tissues.

The causes of breast cancer are usually complex, and most factors are closely related to the occurrence of breast cancer, including genetics, hormones, reproduction, nutrition, and environment. Familial breast cancer is mainly caused by single-gene or multi-gene changes, the most important of which are genes related to breast cancer, such as BRCA1, BRCA2, and P53. Factors related to high estrogen levels after menopause, estrogen replacement therapy, early menarche, late menopause, and short menstrual cycles will increase the risk of breast cancer. Reproductive-related factors such as late childbearing, infertility, and breastfeeding will also significantly affect the occurrence of breast cancer. Eating habits such as high fat, high calories, low fiber, and alcoholism will also significantly increase the risk of breast cancer. Environmental pollution, ionizing radiation, and improper drug intake will also affect the occurrence of breast cancer.

Breast cancer patients have some special requirements for diet. They should eat more high-protein, low-fat diets, including diets rich in cellulose, and fresh vegetables, including cabbage, cabbage, day lily, etc. They can eat more soy products, such as tofu, soy milk, soy milk and other soy products. You can also eat some yogurt products, because yogurt contains highly active lactic acid bacteria and thermophilic streptococci, and their products can intervene in the human body's enterohepatic circulation to reduce the body's absorption of fat, thereby reducing the incidence of breast cancer.
